The 5th of October at 17h we will celebrate the Engineering day Afterwork at Aula Magna ETSI Sistemas de Telecomunicación del Campus Sur – UPM (Crtra de Valencia, km 7). A meeting of various organisations with history, projects and a lot to celebrate:
- 25 Years of AETEL- Asociación de Electrónica de Telecomunicación. Part of ETSIST (former EUITT). Electronic projects, Sphera congress, learning has characterised its existence. https://aetel.etsist.upm.es/
- IEEE Day: Global event that commemorates the first time electric engineers of all around the world got together to share their technics and ideas. http://www.ieeeday.org/
- New management, new office and new projects at AMSAT EA – Radio Amateur Satellite Corporation Association. Technicians and amateurs of satellite communications. https://www.amsat-ea.org/
- 10 years of Rama de Estudiantes Campus Sur: Closely related to AETEL and IEEE.
- New team Young Professionals España– IEEE branch for newly formed engineers. In Spain it has 944 members. https://www.facebook.com/ypspain/
On this day we will unite different generations that have been part of these organisations. People with many years of experience and people who are just starting their university life.
